Seasoned But Loved

Hats off to the staff of Windridge for all of your earnest efforts, it shows. The property although being older, is well seasoned. It has the tenderness of the staff to care for the resident's needs, and just the right amount of heat to keep the tenants unified, even under the sting of the pandemic that we're all facing together. I love the hints of wildlife that surrounds us day and night, even when nature calls. Their flight of laughter and calls to gather, invites me in and holds me captive for many hours either day or night from our own personal deck. For me and my family it's a prayer asked for and received. It's where we call home and the best place to kickback after a tiresome day at work, even though that may be right here at home.

Staff

The office staff are friendly and efficient, Especially Kim! Work orders always completed in a timely manner. Maintenance are fast and friendly.

5/5 would recommend

I have had nothing but amazing experiences since living here. The staff is phenomenal. Whenever I have an issue whether it’s maintained related or something else they are quick to respond and quick to act. They are extremely helpful. They take the time to get to know you and they care about you as a person, they don’t just treat you as a number. I am a frontline nurse working in the covid pandemic and they took the time to personally message me to check up on me to see how I was doing mentally and to see if I needed anything. The grounds are always kept very clean. The pool is perfect. My only negative comment I have is the garbage situation, it’s a constant struggle, it’s more the residents sloppy behaviors and the crew work very hard on keeping the area clean but it’s a constant struggle that needs a better solution. And we need recycling. Overall 5/5. Love this place.

Miss.

Steve a new matienence employee, since January 2020. Very pleasant knows excatly what to do in his Job! He is definitely an asset to WINDRIDGE

Home

It is a melting pot of diversity! All walks of life are within the community as a blended family. Staff is very warm, inviting and helpful. So many questions when considering a new home and all are answered and explained. Surrounded by wildlife and I love the lake!!! Thank you for welcoming me home to Windridge!!!

Fantastic community

They just came thru updated carpet, mailboxes in our hallway, they go above and beyond on everything, a fantastic place to live!!!

great place, no car required

I don't drive, so Windridge's location next to busy commercial areas is ideal for both on and off-work times. Yet, even so close to the malls and 28th St, it's still quiet.
