| We are pet-friendly to friendly pets! Cats and dogs are welcome. We allow non-aggressive breeds up to 40 lbs in apartments and up to 60 lbs in townhomes. There is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee per home. Rent is $25 per pet. Up to two pets are allowed per home. |
