Very, very pleased with Windridge
Have lived here at Windridge for over 16 years now and ongoing. For me, perfect location, ample parking, great neighbors ... and a fantastically dedicated management and staff. Throughout the recent and continuing pandemic, the staff continually inquire if there is anything they can do to help assist. In addition, our Resident Manager is always fast to respond to any requests and the maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. Our rent is market average and although it rises each year, I understand as expenses for them do also. WIndridge is a wonderful complex in my opinion and have been very understanding through these difficult times for everyone. Seasoned But Loved
Hats off to the staff of Windridge for all of your earnest efforts, it shows. The property although being older, is well ... seasoned. It has the tenderness of the staff to care for the resident's needs, and just the right amount of heat to keep the tenants unified, even under the sting of the pandemic that we're all facing together. I love the hints of wildlife that surrounds us day and night, even when nature calls. Their flight of laughter and calls to gather, invites me in and holds me captive for many hours either day or night from our own personal deck. For me and my family it's a prayer asked for and received. It's where we call home and the best place to kickback after a tiresome day at work, even though that may be right here at home. I have had nothing but amazing experiences since living here. The staff is phenomenal. Whenever I have an issue whether it’s ... maintained related or something else they are quick to respond and quick to act. They are extremely helpful. They take the time to get to know you and they care about you as a person, they don’t just treat you as a number. I am a frontline nurse working in the covid pandemic and they took the time to personally message me to check up on me to see how I was doing mentally and to see if I needed anything. The grounds are always kept very clean. The pool is perfect. My only negative comment I have is the garbage situation, it’s a constant struggle, it’s more the residents sloppy behaviors and the crew work very hard on keeping the area clean but it’s a constant struggle that needs a better solution.
